Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Postpilot ("the Service"), operated by Oktay Solman. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we sell

Postpilotsells digital products: downloadable faceless short-form video files (with captions and voiceover), script and hook templates, and an optional self-serve automation toolkit with setup documentation. What you receive depends on the bundle you purchase. Products are delivered as a digital download and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Your responsibilities

• You upload and publish the video files to your own accounts.
• You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms.
• You may not resell or redistribute the files or toolkit as your own.

3. Acceptable use

• You may not use the Service to produce unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• You may not resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

4. Payments

Bundles are billed as a one-time charge at the price shown at checkout, unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, who handles billing, taxes, and receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. Standard bundles are made available for download shortly after purchase; bundles that include custom niche-matched files are delivered within 2–5 business days of receiving your niche details. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

6. Intellectual property

The video files and content in your bundle are yours to use for your own channels. The toolkit, templates, and Postpilot branding remain the property of Oktay Solman and its providers, and may not be resold or redistributed.

7. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee any specific views, follower growth, revenue, or results on any platform. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control. These are digital products, not a guarantee of results.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oktay Solman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
